Privacy Policy

Overview

Enclave Dev LLC ("Enclave Dev," "we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications and the websites enclavedev.com, claybreaker.app, and theattuned.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across all our products: Sentinel, Claybreaker, Checklist, Card Catalog, Accrual, and Attuned.

The short version: We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we don't serve ads.

Information We Collect

Account Information

If you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides — typically a unique identifier and, if you choose, an email address. Apple's "Hide My Email" feature is fully supported. We do not require your real name, phone number, or any other personal information to use our apps.

App Data

Data you enter into our apps (such as fitness scores, shooting records, checklist items, book collections, leave balances, or relationship check-ins and coaching conversations) is stored locally on your device and, if you sign in, synced to our cloud database to enable backup and cross-device access. Depending on the app, data may be stored in Google Firebase/Firestore or Supabase. This data belongs to you and is associated with your account identifier — not your personal identity.

Sensitive Data (Attuned)

Attuned processes relationship and emotional well-being data, including check-in responses, conversation patterns, and AI-generated coaching insights. This data is treated with the highest sensitivity. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for advertising or profiling, and never shared with third parties. AI processing occurs to provide coaching features — your conversations and data are not used to train AI models.

Subscription Information

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address. Apple handles all payment processing and provides us only with a transaction receipt to verify your subscription status.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track users across sites. We see only aggregate data: page views, referrers, and countries — never individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain app functionality
• To sync your data across devices when you're signed in
• To verify subscription status
• To improve our apps based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
• To provide AI-powered coaching and analytics features (Claybreaker and Attuned)

AI processing is performed solely to deliver app features to you — your data is not used to train AI models and is never shared with AI providers in a way that identifies you personally.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the service you signed up for.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Period.

The only third-party services that process your data are:

• Apple — for Sign in with Apple authentication and App Store subscription processing
• Google Firebase/Firestore — for cloud data storage and sync in Sentinel, Claybreaker, Checklist, Card Catalog, and Accrual (data is encrypted in transit and at rest)
• Supabase — for cloud data storage and authentication in Attuned (data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the US)
• Cloudflare — for website hosting and privacy-first analytics

Data Storage & Security

App data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. If you sign in, data is also stored in our cloud databases (Google Firebase/Firestore or Supabase, depending on the app), which encrypt data both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Our apps support offline use — your data is always available on your device regardless of connectivity.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. For Claybreaker team features used by high school athletes (ages 13+), parental consent may be required as applicable by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data associated with your account
• Export your data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Use our apps without providing personal information (limited functionality)

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Significant changes will be communicated through our apps or website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
