Overview

Enclave Dev LLC ("Enclave Dev," "we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications and the websites enclavedev.com, claybreaker.app, and theattuned.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across all our products: Sentinel, Claybreaker, Checklist, Card Catalog, Accrual, and Attuned.

The short version: We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we don't serve ads.

Information We Collect

Account Information

If you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides — typically a unique identifier and, if you choose, an email address (and, in Card Catalog, your name, if you share it). Apple's "Hide My Email" feature is fully supported. We do not require your real name, phone number, or any other personal information to use our apps.

App Data

Data you enter into our apps (such as fitness scores, shooting records, checklist items, book collections, leave balances, or relationship check-ins and coaching conversations) is stored locally on your device and, if you sign in, synced to our cloud database to enable backup and cross-device access. Depending on the app, data is stored in Google Firebase/Firestore or in Supabase (Card Catalog and Attuned use Supabase). In Card Catalog this includes the books, editions, tags, notes, reading history, ratings, wish list items and any cover photos you add. This data belongs to you and is associated with your account identifier — not your personal identity.

Photos (Card Catalog)

Card Catalog lets you attach a cover photo to a book by choosing one from your photo library or taking one with the camera. Only the photo you select or take is uploaded (to our Supabase storage, linked to your account); we do not access the rest of your library. The camera is also used on-device to read barcodes, and barcode images are not stored or sent anywhere.

Card Catalog Summary

Card Catalog collects: (1) Account data — when you sign in with Apple we receive a unique identifier, your name and your email address if you share it (Apple Hide My Email relay addresses are supported). (2) Library content you create — books, editions, tags, shelves, notes, reading history, ratings, wish list items and any cover photos you upload; stored on your device and synced to our Supabase database in the United States so it is available on your devices. (3) Purchase status — subscriptions are handled by Apple; RevenueCat receives purchase events and your account identifier to tell the app whether Pro is active; we never receive card or payment details. (4) Anonymized usage analytics — TelemetryDeck receives anonymized signals such as which screens are used; it does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across other apps or websites. (5) Book lookups — titles, authors and ISBNs you search or scan are sent to Open Library, Google Books and Hardcover to fetch book details, covers and series information; no account identifier is included.

Sensitive Data (Attuned)

Attuned processes relationship and emotional well-being data, including check-in responses, conversation patterns, and AI-generated coaching insights. This data is treated with the highest sensitivity. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for advertising or profiling, and never shared with third parties. AI processing occurs to provide coaching features — your conversations and data are not used to train AI models.

Subscription Information

Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address — Apple handles all payment processing and provides us only with a transaction receipt to verify your subscription status. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements across your devices; RevenueCat receives your purchase events and an app-specific account identifier, never your payment details.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track users across sites. We see only aggregate data: page views, referrers, and countries — never individual visitors.

In-App Analytics

Some apps (including Card Catalog) use TelemetryDeck for privacy-first product analytics. We receive anonymized usage signals — for example, which screens are opened or whether onboarding was completed — that help us improve the app. TelemetryDeck does not use cookies or advertising identifiers, is not tied to your personal identity, and never tracks you across other apps or websites.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain app functionality
• To sync your data across devices when you're signed in
• To verify subscription status
• To improve our apps based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
• To provide AI-powered coaching and analytics features (Claybreaker and Attuned)

AI processing is performed solely to deliver app features to you — your data is not used to train AI models and is never shared with AI providers in a way that identifies you personally.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the service you signed up for.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use the service providers below only to run the app.

The only third-party services that process your data are:

• Apple — for Sign in with Apple authentication and App Store subscription processing
• Google Firebase/Firestore — for cloud data storage and sync in Sentinel, Claybreaker, Checklist, and Accrual (data is encrypted in transit and at rest)
• Supabase — for cloud data storage and authentication in Card Catalog and Attuned (data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the US)
• RevenueCat — for managing auto-renewing subscriptions and entitlements in apps that offer them; RevenueCat receives purchase events and an app-specific account identifier, never your payment details or card numbers
• TelemetryDeck — for privacy-first, anonymized in-app analytics in apps that include it; no cross-app tracking and no advertising identifiers
• Open Library, Google Books & Hardcover — when you search for or scan a book in Card Catalog, the title, author or ISBN is sent to these services to fetch book details, cover art and series information (series lookups to Hardcover are made through our Supabase server). Only the title, author or ISBN you search for is sent; no account identifier is included, and these lookups are not linked to your identity
• Cloudflare — for website hosting and privacy-first analytics

Data Storage & Security

App data is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. If you sign in, data is also stored in our cloud databases (Google Firebase/Firestore or Supabase, depending on the app), which encrypt data both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Our apps support offline use — your data is always available on your device regardless of connectivity.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account and all associated data in the app (Card Catalog: Settings > tap your account row > Delete Account & Data). Deleting removes your profile, libraries and uploaded photos from our active systems right away, revokes the Sign in with Apple connection for the app, and removes the data from encrypted backups within 30 days. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat follow their own retention. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. You can also email [email protected].

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. For Claybreaker team features used by high school athletes (ages 13+), parental consent may be required as applicable by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data associated with your account
• Request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected]
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Choose Apple's Hide My Email so we never see your real address

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Significant changes will be communicated through our apps or website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
